RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns / Exchange Window: 7 days from the date of delivery (only for eligible items).
Reverse Shipment Fee: A nominal reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per item will be deducted at the time of refund. This helps us cover our logistics cost. No deductions however for gift cards.
Cancellation Timeline: Orders can be cancelled or modified (size, address, etc) only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us via all or WhatsApp to make any changes.
2. REFUNDS & GIFT CARDS:
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
COD orders: Refunds are issued via gift cards. Gift cards are sent via email only.
Gift Cards: All gift cards come with a validity of 1 year from the date of issue. When using gift cards as mode of payment, if order amount is less than gift card value, balance amount in gift card can be used for the next order.
Note: COD and Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS / EXCLUSIONS:
Items purchased under the offer Buy 2 Get 1 Free are non-returnable. Only exchange is applicable in such cases. Same applies for Buy 2 Get 2 Free, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 2 Free, Buy 3 Get 3 Free and Buy 4 Get 2 Free. Refunds in case applicable are only done via Gift Card.
Certain products are exempt from being returned in order to maintain hygiene. Boxers, Shorts, Briefs, Sunglasses, Socks and Handkerchiefs cannot be returned.
Items priced under Rs.700 are non-returnable. Exchanges are always welcome. Item price is calculated basis final amount paid per item and not listed price or cart value.
Products bought using Snapmint or any other EMI payment option are refundable only via Gift Card.

- Store Credits

4. RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
• Value of all items will be considered basis final selling price paid per item after subtracting discounts. MRP, listed price or cart value will not be considered if it is different from the selling price. COD charges and shipping charges are separate from selling price and not to be mixed with them.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tag and barcode.
• To complete your return, we require an invoice or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
• Video Proof: Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. We strongly advise recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers/labels are intact. This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged products or packages. Without video proof, it will be difficult for us to proceed with returns or refunds.
5. EXCHANGES:
• Exchanges on are provided once per order completely free of cost.
• Exchanges are applicable for change in size or colour. Exchange of a completely different product is provided only in case of defects.
• Exchange is not applicable on items priced below ₹400.
• If the replacement item is cheaper, the balance is refunded as a Gift Card.
• If the replacement item is out of stock, you may choose another item.
• If your exchange is pending / not delivered then please message us on WhatsApp. We are happy to help and keep you updated!
6. SHIPPING POLICY:
• Orders are shipped within 2 working days (max. 4 days in case of logistic partner issue).
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days (max. 10 in exceptional cases).
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS/email.
⚠ Don’t accept packages that look tampered. If the courier asks for OTP before handing over, do not share until you’ve received the product.
✅ Example: If you place an order on Sunday, it will be shipped by Monday or Tuesday and likely delivered between Friday to Sunday. If the package looks opened, don’t accept it. Contact us for resolution.
7. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• COD charges and Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
• Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken on the basis of package opening footage & product matching that which was sent in forward shipment. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss & no action will be made if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.
• If the product has been collected by the courier partner and is subsequently returned to you due to unexpected circumstances, the courier partner may request you to show a government-issued ID as evidence of the handover.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
> Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
> Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, customer will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of logistic service in your area pin code.
