GENERAL QUERIES
Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 4000 on all serviceable pin codes.
Few pin codes are excluded from COD due to logistical challenges.
- Visit the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website / app to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
- Submit the required details as prompted.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange.
Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.
In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.
A nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs.100 per item will be deducted at the time of refund. This helps us cover our logistics cost which is much higher than what we charge you.
The order usually takes 3 to 5 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some rare pin codes it might take a little more time up to 10 working days. In case of delay please get in touch with us on:

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

No, we do not apply any separate charges for delivery.
At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India.
CANCELLATION, RETURN / EXCHANGE & REFUND
You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order by sending an email or by calling us. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.
In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website to raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.
A nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs.100 per item will be deducted at the time of refund. This helps us cover our logistics cost which is much higher than what we charge you.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on:

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the amount will be credited to the bank account.

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 3-5 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.
Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered E-mail and WhatsApp number.

• Select the desired order number you want to claim a refund/exchange.

• A confirmation email will be shared once your return/exchange request is approved
Note: Refund/Exchange is not available for products purchased at or below Rs.500/-

We're very sorry but we do not accept returns after 7 days of delivery date.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Also, we request you email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product to care@klubfox.com. In case you fail to intimate about the same within 48 hours of delivery, the return will not be processed.
It takes up to 3 working days to initiate the return pickup from your location, once the return/exchange request has been approved. In case your return pickup is not done within 3 working days, please reach out to our helpline at 022-45401700 or write an email to care@klubfox.com.
It is advisable to verify the shipment status once it has been handed over to the Pick-up Agent. The status typically transitions from "Out For Pick-up" to either "Pick-up Done" or "In Transit."
If the status remains unchanged, kindly raise a query with our Customer Support team within 24 hours from the actual Pick-up Date for further assistance with the required details below:

- Call Recording with Pick-up Executive (If any)
Return/Exchange is not applicable for products purchased at or below Rs.299/-
Once the return request has been raised on our app or web, our pickup partners will initiate reverse pickup of your order within 3 working days once the request is approved. Oncethe return pickup is received and successfully verified by us, we initiate the refunds within 7 working days of us receiving the update. Please note that refund cannot be initiated unless the return pickup is complete and we get an update on the same.
• For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the source account.
• For COD orders: Refunds are initiated via bank account transfer. Please enter the correct details in the email or WhatsApp to choose the mode of accepting payment. Any bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. No further changes can be made. If any error or mistake is done in sending the bank details then Naagal Garment Industriez Pvt Ltd will not be liable for the same.
• For Gift card orders: Refund will be routed back to the gift card. Please note that gift card refunds cannot be sent to any other payment source.
• For any combination of the above: All refunds will be done in the same proportion in which the payments were received including the partial refunds.• For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the source account.
• For COD orders: Refunds are initiated via bank account transfer. Please enter the correct details in the email or WhatsApp to choose the mode of accepting payment. - To make COD refunds fast and convenient, we issue COD refunds via bank account transfer.
For all the return requests, our delivery partners make a maximum of 3 reverse
pickup attempts. Your reverse request will be marked as a pick-up exception or
cancelled for the below reasons;
- Delivery partners are not able to contact you.
- Not able to locate your address.
- You have registered an incorrect phone number or provided the wrong delivery address.
- Pin code is incorrect etc
Keep in mind, that as soon as the first reverse pickup attempt fails, our shipping partners will contact you to reschedule the pickup. However, if in the next 2 attempts, the delivery partner still fails to pick up the return order for the above-mentioned reasons, then the order shall be marked as cancelled.
To prevent this from happening, we request that you answer calls from delivery partners and in case the reverse item pickup fails on the first attempt, please respond to the delivery partner messages to reschedule the pickup. If it so happens that your reverse request order gets cancelled without the proper attempts, you can reach out to us on any of the support channels(Call/Email) and we will be glad to help you further!
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
- Yes, you can opt for the higher value product against exchange with the existing lesser value product.
- The difference amount should be paid while creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
The difference amount refund will be sent back as a gift voucher.
